Lessons Learned June 6th
1. You shouldn't be afraid of an idea just because it's a logistical and operational nightmare. (From p 136 of the text: "One challenge we face when trying to create new business model options is ignoring the status quo and suspending concerns over operational issues so that we can truly generate new ideas.")
2. Customers should be included from the start of the idea and not after prototyping.
3. Entrepreneurship is about improving the user experience by creating a product or services that fit their needs.
4. There are many mundane problems in life that can be made easier if we reframe them and come up with novel solutions.
5. Having a good pitch can make all the difference in what ideas go forward.
6. Focus on how your product or service can solve a problem and focus pitch on that.
